Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4-6 years of warehousing/logistics operations experience, including 2+ years supervising employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~3 Supervisors, 19 drivers, 11 warehouse staff across two facilities (EDT and ODM).
• Oversee budget, staffing, KPIs and record keeping for the warehouse location.
• Resolve customer service and operational issues; implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with upper management to improve service.
• Promote safety per OSHA/DOT regulations and Mohawk Safety standards; conduct regular safety meetings.
• Oversee inventory control, adjustments and cycle counts.
• Ensure fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
