Job summary

Allen Distribution in Seattle is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a warehouse team, manage materials, customer service and costs in alignment with company goals. This full-time exempt role reports to the General Manager and works 1st shift, Monday through Friday.

You will drive safety, efficiency and continuous improvement, ensure accurate data entry by 9am, oversee cycle counts, and coordinate inbound/outbound activities while maintaining strong customer relations and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Supervise warehouse staff to meet safety, quality and productivity goals.
• Experience in coordinating inbound/outbound operations and cycle counts.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer contract requirements.
• Ensure all paper work and data entry by 9am next day and billing period end.
• Perform cycle counts as detailed and record entries.
• Achieve Daily Revenue P&L metric (green status).
• Plan daily labor for inbound/outbound activity.
• Maintain daily housekeeping and safety standards.
