Job summary

ID Logistics (IDL) US is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a busy warehouse team on the 1st shift. You will promote safety, monitor performance, and report to senior management to optimize daily operations.

The role requires 2+ years in a warehousing supervisory position, strong communication skills, and a willingness to coordinate staffing, payroll and training. On-site employment with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 2+ years experience as a warehousing supervisor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for products, associates and temporary workers.
• Follow established procedures for receiving, handling, and disposition of materials; keep inventory current.
• Lead and coach a team; maintain attendance and punctuality records.
• Monitor daily safety compliance and investigate accidents with reports.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and training to ensure skills.
• Coordinate vacations, payroll and time sheets for associates and temporary workers.
• Oversee 15–20 associates and ensure GMP compliance for food-grade warehouse.
