Job summary

ALLEN DISTRIBUTION is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead our 1st shift in Sumner, WA. You will manage people, materials and customer service in the warehouse, ensuring safety, efficiency and profitability in alignment with company goals.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, experience in warehouse operations and familiarity with WMS systems, plus a hands-on approach to multi-tasking and continuous improvement. This is a full-time exempt role.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in a warehouse setting.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and WMS usage.
• Ability to manage people, materials, and customer service to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer contract requirements.
• Perform cycle counts and ensure data accuracy.
• Plan daily labor for inbound/outbound activity.
• Manage equipment, supplies, and safety program adherence.
• Communicate with management to implement corrective actions.
