Job summary

Global Industrial Company, a long-established distributor, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for 1st shift (6:00AM–2:30PM). Lead warehouse staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure safe, efficient order fulfillment across shifts.

Role requires strong leadership, RF pick/pack knowledge, at least 2 years in a warehouse, and experience with electric pallet jacks and RF scanners. Proficiency in MS Office and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of RF pick/pack technology and processes.
• Minimum 2 years in a warehouse environment.
• 1+ year operating an electric pallet jack.
• 1+ year using an RF scanner.
• Ability to stand and move all day; physically capable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Explorer and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Direct staff in daily warehouse activities.
• Allocate, release and assign sales orders to staff.
• Assist with security and safety of the warehouse.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with staff.
• Handle expedite requests from customer service.
• Take day-to-day responsibility in supervisor's absence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
