Job summary

ALMAC Group is seeking a 1st Shift Distribution Supervisor for our Durham, NC location to oversee daily warehouse operations and processes in a GMP environment.

The role involves supervising Warehouse Coordinators and Operators, assisting with SOP creation and revision, and resolving distribution discrepancies. Minimum 3+ years of experience, with pharmaceutical or warehouse leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all duties relating to processing and dispatch of shipping requests in accordance with GMP and all relevant Almac Clinical Services Standard Operating Procedures
• Supervise the Warehouse Coordinators and Warehouse Operatives
• Assist with creating and/or revising SOPs
• Investigate Distribution related discrepancies/queries and write or assist with writing a Quality Events
