Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations in the New York area. You will establish and adjust schedules, supervise staff, and coordinate inbound and outbound product flows to stores.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to maintain efficiency and safety standards. The position offers a starting salary of $90,000 per year, with annual increases to $95,000 and $100,000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop schedules and supervise warehouse staff.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and modifies daily work schedules for warehouse needs.
• Coordinates activities of direct reports daily.
• Oversees receiving, selection, and shipping of product.
• Ensures compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitors inbound/outbound deliveries and optimizes operations.
• Trains and develops staff; conducts performance reviews.
• Collaborates with district managers and stores.
