Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily activities in our distribution network. The role oversees receiving, selection and shipping to stores, and supervises warehouse teams to ensure safe, efficient operations in ambient and temperature-controlled environments.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and modifies daily work schedules.
• Coordinates direct reports and assigns tasks.
• Oversees receiving, selection, and shipping of product to stores.
• Ensures inbound/outbound processes meet guidelines.
• Communicates with District Managers and store management as appropriate.
