Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily receiving, selection and shipping of products to stores. This full-time role typically runs 45 hours per week, with training and safety programs provided.

Starting salary is $85,000 per year, with increases to $90,000 in year 2 and $95,000 in year 3; candidates should have a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred) and prior management experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and modifies daily work schedules.
• Coordinates job activities of direct reports daily/extended.
• Oversees daily receiving and shipping of product to stores.
• Monitors inbound/outbound deliveries for compliance with guidelines.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
