Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in the New York area. You will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage schedules, and coordinate receiving, picking and shipping to stores in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

This full-time role offers a starting salary of $90,000 per year, with raises to $95,000 in Year 2 and $100,000 in Year 3. Candidates should demonstrate leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to food safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and modifies daily work schedules considering warehouse needs.
• Coordinates job activities and tasks of direct reports daily.
• Oversees daily receiving, selection and shipping of product to stores.
• Monitors inbound/outbound deliveries for compliance with guidelines.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Models company strategy and core values to create teamwork.
• Oversees compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines.
