Hellmann East Europe Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily manpower planning, labor management, and cost containment in a multi-customer contract logistics facility. You’ll guide full-time staff and temporary workers to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets while coordinating with management on resource allocation and schedule optimization.

Qualificações

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience will be considered.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in a distribution center with logistics exposure and team leadership preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and inventory control is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Head one or more programs: building maintenance, equipment maintenance, sanitation or safety.
• Track and forward issues related to assets and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
• Plan shop floor layout and manpower for daily operations.
• Manage warehouse staff, payroll issues, and annual reviews.
• Develop efficient workflows and daily manpower plans.
