Job summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor/Manager to lead facility programs, manage staff, and ensure efficient inventory control. The role requires seven years of leadership experience in a distribution center, knowledge of WMS, and forklift certification.

This on-site position in the Miami area offers base compensation between $110,000 and $120,000, plus health/welfare benefits, a 401(k) plan, tuition assistance, and incentive compensation where eligible.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (AA) from a two-year college; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum seven years’ leadership experience in a distribution center with international 3PL
• TSA Screening Supervisor experience required
• Forklift certification required
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory controls
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the facility programs including building maintenance, equipment maintenance, sanitation and safety
• Manage assets: equipment, storage media, fixtures, IT gear, and facility maintenance
• Set shop floor layouts and optimize space utilization
• Oversee inventory control, cycle counts and physical inventories
• Monitor WMS operations: RF scanners, transactions, reports
• Supervise up to twenty full-time staff plus temporary workers
• Handle payroll, performance reviews and disciplinary actions
• Develop manpower plans and daily schedules
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and rate cards
• Prepare composite reports for management
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the warehouse
