Hellmann Worldwide Logistics seeks a Warehouse Manager in Florida to oversee daily manpower planning, labor management, and cost containment within our contract logistics and freight forwarding environment.

You will ensure accurate inventory, efficient shipping/receiving, and adherence to SOPs while leading a team and coordinating with customers. A strong background in 3PL operations and TSA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 7+ years leadership in a distribution/fulfillment center, preferably with 3PL.
• Experience as TSA Screening Supervisor preferred.
• Forklift certification required; WMS experience essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily manpower planning and labor management.
• Control costs and optimize operations for contract logistics and freight forwarding.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts and shipping/receiving activities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with SOPs and customer requirements.
• Manage staffing levels, performance reviews, and one’s own leadership development.
