Job summary

Greene, Tweed & Co Limited is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Houston to lead all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, and cycle counts. You will develop efficient material handling systems, coordinate cross-functional activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on safety and cost efficiency.

Requirements include 8+ years in warehousing leadership, strong SAP knowledge, and proven ability to lead teams.

Qualifications

8+ years in a leadership position in warehousing, shipping, receiving or other logistics elements.
Ability to plan departmental growth aligned to organizational vision and strategy.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong problem solving and analytical thinking.
Experience directing, planning and scheduling work for themselves and their team.
Must be highly self-motivated and able to influence others at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of Warehouse Operations including receiving, inventory, and cycle count.
Coordinate receiving, shipping and material handling; design and develop movement and storage systems.
Implement Lean tools and 5S to eliminate waste and improve processes across shifts.
