Job summary

Greene Tweed is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead all aspects of Warehouse Operations, including receiving, inventory, cycle counts, and staff leadership. You will design systems for efficient product movement and storage, improve processes, and support safety and cost efficiency across the plant.

Responsibilities include directing staff, coordinating with Manufacturing Managers, and applying lean tools to eliminate waste while ensuring timely delivery and strong cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a leadership position in warehousing, shipping, receiving or logistics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Experience directing, planning and scheduling work for a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Warehouse Operations, overseeing receiving, inventory and cycle counts.
• Design and improve storage, movement, labeling and packaging for cost-effective delivery.
• Direct inbound/outbound freight activities and staff in line with business needs.
