Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director, Warehouse Operations to oversee receipt, storage and distribution across Houston facilities. You will manage a team of 3–15 staff, drive process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance, safety and traceability of materials.

Candidate should have 6+ years in warehouse leadership, experience with ERP/WMS systems, and strong data-driven decision abilities. This role offers a hands-on leadership position within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of management experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience with ERP/Warehouse systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations across multiple facilities in the Houston metropolitan area.
• Supervise warehouse managers.
• Prioritize workload across the warehouses.
• Identify and address safety hazards.
• Identify and address capacity and resources needs.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare annual budget, monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and drive corrective actions; ensure traceability of materials.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and corporate policies for warehouse operations.
• Perform metrics reporting and data analysis to identify issues and opportunities.
