Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC in Texas is seeking a Warehouse Manager to establish operational procedures, hire and train staff, and keep the facility running efficiently. You will verify shipments, inspect equipment, prepare work orders, and coordinate with departments to ensure safe, compliant operations.

As a key leader, you will manage team members, support drivers, and uphold safety standards while maintaining accurate records and regular attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years warehouse work experience required.
• Leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Verifies incoming and outgoing shipments and keeps warehouse inventory current.
• Inspects warehouse, equipment and vehicles for condition.
• Prepares work orders for repairs and requisitions for replacement of equipment and vehicles.
• Maintains monthly truck reports and coordinates with departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Directs salvage of damaged materials and ensures DOT compliance.
• Provides back-up to truck drivers and other team members as needed.
• Manages other team members and ensures reliable attendance and safety compliance.
