Job summary

Performance Team seeks a seasoned Operations Manager to lead warehouse operations and drive production efficiency in our Texas facility. You will influence product strategy, set standards, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, cost-effective outputs.

You will manage budgets, quality controls, and staffing while maintaining compliance with policies. This role demands hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations management experience
• Minimum 1 year of cold storage experience
• Experience in production-based/fast-paced environment
• Warehouse performance management experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide input to product strategy and R&D of new and emerging products.
• Establish production and quality control standards, develop budget and cost controls, and obtain data on orders.
• Guide development of a manufacturing process plan, including personnel, materials, subcontracting, facilities, and tooling.
• Ensure all costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
• Coordinate manufacturing activities with other functions and suppliers to optimize resources.
• Review production and operating reports and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to minimize costs.
• Perform administrative activities to manage shop operations data and reports.
• Define responsibilities of assigned staff to achieve business objectives.
• Train and ensure staff comply with policies, procedures, and regulations.
