Job summary

Dart Entities seeks an Operations Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Grand Prairie, TX. You will drive labor management, shipping/receiving, inventory control, QA, and safety while partnering with logistics and customer teams.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment and facilities, staffing, coaching, and ensuring KPI targets are met for profitability and productivity. Apply your leadership to sustain a strong culture and optimal operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of management/warehouse operations related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, coaching and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to train, supervise and motivate team members.
• Able to set high expectations and hold others accountable for results.
• Proficient in PC and related Microsoft Office Software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all warehouse operations including labor management, shipping/receiving, inventory control, QA, and safety.
• Ensures the physical condition of warehouse and equipment is properly maintained.
• Coordinates warehouse activities with logistics and transportation.
• Partners with customers to maintain high satisfaction through communication and follow up.
• Ensures safe operation of the warehouse meeting sanitation, maintenance, safety, and security standards.
• Monitors KPI to ensure profitability and productivity of the distribution center.
• Provides staffing, training, coaching, and development for employees.
• Handles hiring, interviewing, and training of supervisory and hourly staff.
• Addresses complaints and resolves problems.
• Performs other duties as required.
