Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, SCM or Logistics preferred; minimum 2 years related experience.
• Experience with DOT, FMCSA and OSHA rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CSC associates; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure operational performance and policy deployment; root cause analysis.
• Utilize systems such as Samsara, Workday and JDE.
• Drive customer service excellence in order taking and issue resolution.
• Develop strategies to improve operations and inventory efficiencies.
• Implement compensation, leadership and safety practices per policy.
• Develop and deliver training on safety, SOPs and skills.
• Assist in annual budget and operational planning; capital plans.
• Coordinate with Sales, RDC managers and home office; protect company assets.
