Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
• Minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, OSHA rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, develop and manage CSC associates and HR processes.
• Drive performance metrics; implement market strategies and safety policies.
• Improve order taking, customer problem solving and inventory efficiency.
• Coordinate with sales, RDC managers and home office; manage budgets.
• Recruit, hire, train, and discipline in line with company policy.
• Oversee recalls, asset protection and cost per delivered unit.
