Job summary

Batesville is seeking a skilled leader to oversee daily operations at the CSC facility, directing and developing associates while aligning HR processes, performance reviews, and compensation with the company’s goals.

You will drive customer service excellence, implement market strategies, improve inventory and operations, and collaborate with Sales Managers to manage costs and coordinate with sales teams, RDCs and home office. Bachelor's degree required with logistics emphasis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Logistics preferred with at least two years related experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA and OSHA rules required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, develop and manage CSC associates.
• Ensure high standard of customer service in order taking and problem solving.
• Oversee performance reviews, development plans and top grading.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to control costs and coordinate with sales, RDCs and home office.
