The role requires leadership of warehouse staff and ensuring accuracy in inventory, safety, and process improvements.

You will collaborate with branch management to develop plans, improve performance, and ensure timely, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience managing and supervising in an industrial distribution environment.
• Experience leading and developing individuals and teams.
• Ability to model company values and provide innovative solutions.
• Collaborative, team-oriented leadership with emphasis on quality and detail.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, unloading, inspecting, picking, packing and shipping of products.
• Assess data on worker productivity and inventory accuracy and implement process improvements.
• Recruiting, training, and evaluating operations personnel.
• Maintain accurate and organized inventory and storage layouts.
• Assist in annual business planning and adapt to changes as needed.
