Job summary

Quest Oracle Community seeks a Warehouse Lead to collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor, determine daily workload, set priorities, and direct the team to meet daily objectives while delivering superior service to our distribution centers, customers, and suppliers.

You will work to maintain a positive relationship with management and staff, train new hires, and support safety initiatives across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• 2–5 years of warehouse experience with import/export receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and warehouse equipment certification is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly workload with Supervisors and direct team.
• Unloading/loading, put away, replenishment, and receiving/selection tasks.
• Support safety initiatives and assist with other duties as needed.
• Mentor and train new employees and re-train as necessary.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse duties and reporting.
