Job summary

T The Warehouse Lead will support warehouse and distribution operations by coordinating between internal teams, vendors, and customers. The role emphasizes attention to detail, leadership in training, and ensuring smooth product flow with quality documentation.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM. We seek someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering hands-on problem solving and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience as Warehouse Lead or Supervisor preferred.
• Experience with shipping documents and bill of lading.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse software.

Responsibilities

• Communicate staffing needs to Operations Management and assist in interviewing and training new personnel.
• Handle returns, claims and return authorizations with proper communication.
• Review manifests, packing lists, vendor documents and follow up on discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot IRRs, train team to process documents and reduce errors.
• Respond to inquiries from customers professionally to support service expectations.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
