Job summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. is seeking a Lead Warehouse Technician to manage receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. You will ensure accurate order fulfillment, track inventory, and enforce safety and packaging guidelines while operating warehouse equipment.

Role requires five years of warehouse experience, forklift/pallet jack proficiency, and ability to travel extensively. DOT physical and US work authorization are required. Great benefits accompany this leadership position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Five years of warehouse or material handling experience.
• Experience operating a forklift and pallet jack.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical exam and obtain a valid medical card.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and audit inventory as needed.
• Resolve shortages and restock packaging materials.
• Prepare and verify orders for shipment per pick tickets and customer requirements.
• Check inventory availability and confirm stock levels before packing.
• Package and ship products per guidelines.
• Stock warehouse shelves and store new materials.
• Organize pick tickets and cross-check with packing slips and work orders.
• Receive, unload, and inspect shipments; verify with packing slips and POs.
• Operate dolly, pallet jack, and forklift for loading/unloading.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/after-hours responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
