Job summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Company, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Technician to manage receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. You will prepare orders, verify inventory, and ensure accurate packing. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, stock shelves, and follow safety guidelines.

You’ll handle shipments, cross-check documents, and assist with loading/unloading materials. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a DOT medical

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid State driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to pass a DOT physical exam and obtain a medical card.
• Experience operating a forklift and pallet jack preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for shipment according to pick tickets and customer requirements.
• Check and verify inventory to ensure availability of needed stock.
• Notify Supervisor of shortages and material restocking needs.
• Package and ship products according to guidelines and practices.
• Stock shelves and put away new materials.
• Organize pick tickets and cross-check with packing slips and work orders.
• Receive, unload, and inspect shipments; confirm accuracy with packing slips and PO’s.
• Operate dolly, pallet jack, and forklift for loading/unloading materials.
• Work overtime, travel, and after-hours responsibilities as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
