Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. is seeking a Lead Warehouse Technician to manage receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and inventory accuracy. You will operate equipment, support packaging guidelines, and collaborate with the team in a safety‑driven environment.

The role requires experience with forklift/pallet jack, strong organizational skills, and compliance with U.S. work authorization. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Valid State driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• DOT medical card required.
• Experience operating forklift and pallet jack.
• Five years of warehouse/material handling experience.
• Knowledge of computer and inventory control systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and prepare periodic audits as needed.
• Resolve shortages and manage packaging material restocking needs.
• Prepare and verify orders for shipment according to pick tickets and customer requirements.
• Check and verify inventory to ensure availability of needed stock.
• Package and ship products according to packaging guidelines and practices.
• Stock shelves in the warehouse and put away new materials.
• Organize pick tickets and cross-check them with packing slips and work orders.
• Receive, unload, and inspect shipments; confirm accuracy with packing slips and purchase orders.
• Operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift for loading and unloading materials.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
