You will supervise warehouse staff, train team members on handling equipment and safety procedures, and work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role, ideally at a larger organization.
• Hands-on operational experience managing both office functions and a team.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably relevant, from an accredited university.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and general tech-savviness with computers and software.
• Experience developing and maintaining work processes and protocols.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
• Experience supervising teams and fostering collaboration.
