Qualifications

• 3–5 years related experience or equivalent.
• Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates.
• Maintain accurate inventory and conduct cycle counts.
• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance productivity.
• Implement best practices in warehouse management and contribute to the development of SOPs.
• Support team members by picking, packing, shipping and transporting incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas using appropriate tools/vehicles.
• Performs quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products.
• Ensure that warehouse operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
• Participates in quality improvement efforts.
• Performs required administrative tasks; prepares all required reports and correspondence.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
