Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years supervisory experience in a multi-client 3PL environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (CargoWise preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, efficient daily warehouse operations.
• Manage and train personnel; schedule labor coverage.
• Ensure SOPs compliance and continuous process improvement.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and vendor relations.
• Direct inbound/outbound shipments and customer meetings.
