Job summary

Medline is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee daily operations in our Hawaii facility. The role ensures receiving, storage and shipment of materials align with procedures, while supervising staff and improving workflows.

The position requires at least 3 years of supervisory and warehouse experience, with a high school diploma (associate's degree preferred). Benefits include health coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee daily warehouse operations including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and that overtime stays within budget.
• Coach and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
• Complete routine paperwork accurately and on time.
• Assist warehouse manager in maintaining a safe work environment.
• Lead day-to-day activities; participate in hiring, firing and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues.
