Job summary

Logistics Plus Inc. in Colton, CA is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day warehouse operation and staff.

You will ensure safe, clean, and efficient operations, manage labor coverage, and develop schedules for shipping/receiving. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge (OSHA/DOT/HAZMAT), and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on supervisory experience in a multi-client, 3PL warehouse, fulfillment and distribution facility.
• Forklift experience required, with experience handling oversized pallets preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (CargoWise preferred).
• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day workflow of warehouse staff.
• Ensures safe, clean, and efficient operation to meet service standards.
• Develops and implements shipping and receiving schedules.
• Directs operations to achieve objectives and allocates equipment to jobs.
• Interacts with customers daily and attends regular customer meetings.
• Maintains professional relationships with customers.
• Supervises inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
