Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse, logistics, facility and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient product distribution and inventory control.
• Manage inventory transactions and transfers, ensuring correct route loading and accurate pick/pack.
• Supervise 16+ warehouse associates with coaching and development to drive performance and teamwork.
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Lead by example in a fast-paced environment to deliver exceptional customer service.
