The candidate will manage an Inventory Management team, schedule freight, and monitor productivity through reports. Flexibility with safety training and process improvements is essential for delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of warehouse experience.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Forklift operation ability.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to drive and operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) accuracy and integrity.
• Schedule logistics for incoming and outgoing loads and generate key reports.
• Lead Inventory Management team to optimize stock control and traceability.
• Oversee shipping, dispatching, reclamation and recycling processes.
