Job summary

C&S Vending is seeking a Warehouse Assistant Manager to lead a 16+ person team and optimize daily warehouse operations from inventory control to route loading. This hands-on role supports the Logistics Supervisor, driving efficiency, accuracy, and a safety‑mocused, customer‑centric environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of leadership in warehouse settings, strong data accuracy, and proficiency with WMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in warehouse/retail warehouse operations or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software (WMS).
• Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy.
• Valid driver’s license; forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse, logistics, and supply chain operations.
• Supervise 16+ warehouse associates with coaching and training.
• Manage inventory transactions and warehouse transfers in the WMS.
• Ensure orders are picked, staged, and loaded correctly.
• Identify operational challenges and implement improvements.
