Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. in Moore, OK, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities, coach a team, and ensure safety, accuracy, and on‑time fulfillment. You will optimize workflows, manage inventory, and partner with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 5:30 AM–3:00 PM, Base salary plus a 10% annual target bonus. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in warehousing or distribution, at least 1 year of supervision, strong WMS experience,

Qualifications

5+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or operations environments.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory or people management experience.
Experience managing warehouse workflows including shipping and receiving.
Working knowledge of WMS and inventory controls.
Strong MS Office skills and ability to analyze data.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates to hit operational goals.
Supervise daily activities: receiving, shipping, inventory control, fulfillment.
Drive accuracy in inventory, cycle counts, and audits.
Coordinate workload to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
Promote safety and ensure OSHA-compliant practices.
