Floor & Decor in Greenville, SC seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, manage staff, and ensure efficient shipping and receiving. The role requires coordinating with Receiving and Inventory Control, managing equipment, and enforcing safety standards.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of supervisory experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency with Windows-based systems in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with and maintain effective cross-department relationships.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule daily warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, maintenance, and inventory control.
• Oversee storage buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging.
• Maintain warehouse equipment with preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs.
• Ensure safety programs and a clean, safe workplace per regulations.
• Train associates and enforce standard operating procedures.
• Handle employee inquiries and progressive disciplinary process when needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize operations and generate management reports.
• Monitor paperwork flow from Receiving to Inventory Control for timely data entry.
