Job summary

Packaging Exchange Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse floor on an assigned shift, directing 8 to 20 hourly team members across receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping and inventory counts.

The role reports to the Operations Manager or General Manager and collaborates with drivers to ensure on-time departures while maintaining a safe and positive work environment. This position offers growth within a fast-paced, family-oriented organization.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily labor assignments across the warehouse floor.
• Hit daily cutoffs by distributing workload and resequencing priorities as needed.
• Coordinate dock, load sequencing, and departure times with drivers to ensure on-time shipments.
• Coach and train team members; document attendance and performance as required.
• Maintain safety practices and ensure equipment is operated by certified personnel.
