Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager in Phoenix, AZ to supervise the shift and department, coaching the warehouse team to boost productivity and deliver high-quality customer service.

You will ensure safety and quality standards, monitor productivity to meet company targets, and support DOT/OSHA related duties and scheduling. Requires an Associate's or high school diploma with relevant warehouse leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 3–5+ years of warehouse experience and 0–1+ years of people leadership
• High School Diploma with 5+ years of warehouse experience and 2–3+ years of people leadership

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Warehouse Manager is accountable for the supervisory functions of the shift and department assigned
• Coach and lead the warehouse team to increase productivity and provide high-quality customer service
• Ensure that warehouse quality and safety standards are achieved
• Track productivity to meet the company's requirements and maximize operational efficiency
• Assist with various transportation and warehouse duties related to DOT regulations, OSHA, fleet operations, and scheduling
• Other projects or duties as assigned
