Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager in Manassas, VA. The role supervises the shift and department, coaching the warehouse team to boost productivity and provide high-quality customer service.

You will ensure that warehouse quality and safety standards are met, track productivity to meet company requirements, and assist with transportation and warehouse duties related to DOT regulations, OSHA, fleet operations, and scheduling. Additional projects may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or high school diploma with warehouse experience and some leadership.
• Experience leading teams in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Strong focus on efficiency, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the shift and department assigned.
