Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager in Manassas, VA to supervise the shift and department, coach the team, and ensure high quality and safety standards. You will monitor productivity and support DOT/OSHA-related tasks while assisting with fleet operations and scheduling.

The role emphasizes leadership experience in warehousing, a relevant degree, and the ability to manage multiple projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5+ years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1+ years of people leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Warehouse Manager supervises the shift and department functions.
• You will coach and lead the warehouse team to boost productivity and customer service.
• You will ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• You will track productivity to meet company requirements and improve efficiency.
• You will assist with transportation and warehouse duties related to DOT, OSHA, fleet operations, and scheduling.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
