Job summary

The Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to supervise the shift and department, coaching the warehouse team to boost productivity and deliver high-quality customer service.

You will ensure warehouse quality and safety standards are met, track productivity to meet company requirements, and assist with DOT/OSHA-related transportation and scheduling duties. This role supports other projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5+ years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1+ years of people leadership experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3+ years of people leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise the shift and department functions.
• Coach and lead the warehouse team to increase productivity and provide high-quality customer service.
• Ensure that warehouse quality and safety standards are achieved.
• Track productivity to meet the company’s requirements and maximize operational efficiency.
• Assist with transportation and warehouse duties related to DOT regulations, OSHA, fleet operations, and scheduling.
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Education

Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5+ years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1+ years of people leadership experience

High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 5+ years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3+ years of people leadership experience

Bachelor’s Degree
