Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities under supervision.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, picking, packing and shipping tasks.
• Ensure safety, quality and productivity targets are met.
• Lead and mentor associates; maintain proper documentation and records.
• Maintain equipment safety and housekeeping; adhere to SOPs and OSHA rules.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Support scheduling and labor management to optimize throughput.
