Qualifications

• 3–5 years in warehouse or logistics; 1–2 years in supervision.
• Experience with inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to train staff.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with multi‑tasking.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily tasks.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and shipment of goods per policy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and periodic counts.
• Enforce safety protocols and training.
• Troubleshoot inventory, equipment, or personnel issues.
• Collaborate with transportation and customer service teams.
• Support process improvements to reduce costs.
• Perform other duties as needed by management.
