Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager in New York to supervise daily warehouse operations, manage budgets, ensure safety compliance, and drive projects to improve efficiency. You will coordinate receipt and dispatch of goods, and lead training and development of the warehouse team.

The role emphasizes adherence to schedules and customer satisfaction, with opportunities to influence process improvements and cost controls in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of related experience and 2+ years of management experience, or High School Diploma with 9+ years of related experience and 4+ years of management experience.
• Experience leading warehouse teams and improving operational efficiency is preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and budgeting in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse activities, including daily operations, maintenance, budgeting, compliance and safety.
• Lead projects to achieve results and client satisfaction within budget and schedule constraints.
• Ensure receipt and coordination of goods, dispatch orders accurately and on time.
• Train supervisors and staff, overseeing development and performance appraisals.
• Other duties as assigned.
