Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan daily manpower, lead shift meetings, and assign tasks to ensure safety and productivity. You will manage workflows, train staff on SOPs, and maintain workplace metrics to drive reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5+ years warehouse experience with 0–1+ years of people leadership.
• Or 5+ years warehouse experience with 2–3+ years of people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week, minimizing overtime.
• Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate safety and operational messages.
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers to meet safety, service, productivity and reliability standards.
• Manage workflows efficiently and provide training and direction to ensure SOP adherence.
• Maintain statistics on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment.
