Job summary

Capstone is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team at a partner location and lead warehouse operations under the General Manager. You will plan, organize, and direct staffing, orders, and sales/gross margin growth.

With 4-6+ years in distribution/transportation leadership, you will drive safety, process improvements, and P&L responsibility, while coordinating staffing and operations for the site.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in warehouse/distribution settings.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse staff.
• Experience reading P&L statements and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Maximize operational efficiencies using defined metrics.
• Ensure partner satisfaction and monitor KPI performance.
