Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, E‑Commerce, or related field is preferred.
At least 1 year of small parcel/e-commerce outbound operations experience.
Familiarity with WMS wave management and carrier integration.
Leadership ability to reallocate staff to urgent tasks in real time.

Responsibilities

Oversee a team of full-time employees including staffing, training, and performance management.
Lead productivity initiatives and coaching to improve efficiency.
Provide feedback and counsel as needed.
Direct warehouse operations, ensure adherence to work instructions, workflow processes, and safety regulations.
Manage work schedules and time-off with minimal disruption to operations.
Generate reports for daily operations.
Deliver superior customer service to stakeholders.
Maintain facility security and inventory integrity.
