Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations at our site, coordinating with drivers, associates, and 1099 contractors. You will allocate labor, enforce standards, and ensure on-time package delivery while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

You will work with the Warehouse Manager to execute daily plans, provide coaching, and uphold Fetch’s commitments to residents and partners. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and coach a team.
• Familiar with warehouse safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license for vehicle operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and drive workflow.
• Allocate labor across areas based on volume and priorities.
• Lead pre-shift and mid-shift meetings to align goals.
• Coach associates and provide feedback; escalate concerns to Warehouse Manager.
• Train staff on standard operating procedures and safety rules.
• Coordinate with independent contractors and manage onboarding/dispatching.
• Monitor performance using WMS data and report KPIs.
• Maintain security and access control, manage sign-in/out processes.
• Address customer experiences and de-escalate issues on-site.
